Modalities
I use a mix of approaches depending on what will be most helpful for you. Sometimes that means focusing on practical tools to manage stress and emotions, and other times it’s about slowing down and exploring your thoughts and feelings with care. I pull from different methods, including humanistic therapy, CBT, and DBT, and bring them together in a way that feels supportive and personalized.
My Experience
Over the years, I’ve worked with teens, families, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. As part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I also provide affirming care that acknowledges both the things we may share and the unique path each person walks. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you grow.

My Approach
I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to find what feels most helpful for you. I understand that everyone’s life experience is different, and I aim to create a supportive space that meets you where you are, week by week. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and affirming, with a focus on helping you make sense of what you’re going through while building tools to feel calmer, more confident, and more grounded in your daily life.
